• Monitor No of overtime hours if exceeding the allowed working hours. Verify completeness and correctness of data from timekeepers. Coordinates laborer complains to payroll team when applicable. Maintain and update the Manpower Master file. Maintain proper filing and record at all times Requirements. Maintains various databases and ensure proper filing system. Prepare accurate timesheet for payroll and make sure it is approved by foreman or Supervisor, section engineers and PM.
• Update time sheet every day and keep ready the data. Prepare all labor time sheets and forward to head office. Compiles and process employee records, prepares new and existing employees’ personal information, track their attendance and time off, store employee information confidentially and accurately in secured files and computer systems.
• Making Gate pass/Security Cards, for Permanent and Temporary cards for workers & Staffs & Update with expiries date daily.
• Understands and translates administrative and operating procedures and policies. Creates all documentation for employee records. Supporting HR Department by gathering employee information and files for their review.
Assisting with employee relations, Confidentiality maintenance, Maintaining employee files & HR Filling system. Maintaining Time record & leave record of employees, Maintaining attendance of employees, Helping employee with benefit issue, Examining employee record to answer inquires and provide information to authorized persons.
