Have Excellent knowledge on management and execution of SKYWALKS, Curtain wall Facade, Cladding, Steel structures Balustrade, Canopys, Sunshade and external screens. Identifying the scope of project into Curtain Wall (unitization or stick processes), Cladding, and Steel works, canopy, Skylights, handrails, doors windows etc. as per IFC drawing. Planning, organizing and executing the assigned project as per Project specifications in coordination with PM. Planning & scheduling the project works based on time, cost, tasks and deliveries with strong follow-up with the entire department’s to achieve the same. Allocating, monitoring and controlling the manpower, resources, tools, materials and equipments necessary for project execution. Making financial plan for cash flow through Cost and Budget with Monthly invoices. Managing, controlling and taking approval of shop drawings based on IFC and site dimension from client consultant. Maintaining overall organizational/departmental objectives, assess and identify discrepancies, variations, day to day activities site reporting, weekly progress meeting, personnel training with incentive and appraisal program. Fully Responsible for execution of project, with daily coordination and follow up with site team to set target and achieve them on regular basis Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors. Guiding and delegating the task to team consisting of Supervisor’s, Foremen’s, Charge Hands and overlooking the executed work carried out as per the quality standard, Project specifications and Approved shop drawings. Overseeing QC/QA, health and safety matters on site and related activities of QC reports / NCRs /complaints Snagging through appropriate corrective / preventive action Dealing with consultant & Main contractor on regular basis regarding the project progress & any arising technical issues and proactively resolving all issues. Attending Site Coordination Meetings and planning the project progress work at Factory & Site. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the site team. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Ensuring all primary supplies is ordered and all materials used at site are as per specifications.

• Conduct spot checks on the Contractor’s site setting out. (Note the Contractor is responsible for site setting out).
