Dec 2004 - till date Dubai Cable Company (Ducab) Abu Dhabi Maintenance technician for 8years.
i am handling all shift brak down jobs and maintenance of all heavy rotating machines.
2. Makino machine tool division, Bangalore (From Oct 2003 to Nov 2004)
Industry: assembly of CNC milling machines.
Company Business: world class making CNC machines in Japan and Singapore. Now it's in India.
Position: assembly technician.
Responsibilities include
1 CNC milling machines assembly.
1 Alignment of bed and axis cradle alignments.
3 fixing motors and alignments.
4 Hydraulic and pneumatic circuit's assembly.
Under went Singapore for new milling project in Makino Asia pte ltd.
3. lakshmi machine tool division, Coimbatore. (From Oct 2000 - 2003 SEP)
Industry; assembly of CNC lathe and milling machines.
Position; assembly fitter.
Responsibilities include;
3 Bed and carriage alignment.
3 Lm guides and ball screws alignments. Hydraulic circuits and aligning turret.
Recognition: Performance review ranked "Outstanding" ('Key Technical Maintenance Staff") reviewed by Top
Management.

1 Excellent Knowledge in MS Office packages ie MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
1 Excellent knowledge in online trading and online Information gathering
