HSE Management System:
•Plan, Prepare, develop and Implement Project HSEMS for Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas Projects.
•Involved in FEED stage of project to decide and incorporate Safety implementations prior to go for construction stage by means of HAZOP, PRA (Project Risk Analysis) etc.
Project HSE Management:
•HSE Meetings with all subcontractors, Site HSE implementations and all other HSE matters.
•Preparing, Compile and Report Weekly, Monthly and Annual man-hour statistics and expense budgets for the HSE activity.
•Organizing, Attending pre-job safety meetings, Tool Box Meeting and review of safe operating procedures.
•Control and Analyse all HSE programs, achievements, Weekly, Monthly HSE Reports and incentive programme, Records, U-See U-Act programs ( Lesson Learned Program) for GAP-INSAAT and all subcontractors.
Audits:
•Regular HSE reviews and audits at Project Site, Main Office, Yard as per schedule.
HSE Training:
• Responsible for entire project HSE Training tasks - Induction Training, Work Trade Training, Engineer-Supervisor-Foremen Training, Subcontractor training program.
• Extensive experience in the Computer Base Training Programs for newly joins employees.
SAUDI BASIC INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION - SABIC
JUBAIL UNITED PETROCHECAL COMPANY - UNITED AT AL-JUBAIL, SAUDI ARABIA.
• Worked in 17 TH venture of SABIC - Jubail United Petrochemical Company, Al-Jubail right from the project stage of the company. JUPC-UNITED is 2 billion $ company involved in the production of 100 KTA Ethylene, EO / EG, Linear Alpha Olefins (LAO) and Utilities.
• Worked as internal safety auditor for Safe Work Permits, Master Cards, and Yellow Caution Tags with accordance to SABIC safety regulations. All subcontractor safety documents periodic audit and reports.
• Was conducting Plant Safety Inspection (PSI) as a part of PSMS for plant weekly Management Safety Walk Through and conducting Behavioral Safety Audit. Suggesting / implementing various safety recommendations for improving plant safety.
• Utilized organization safety behavioral tools such as toolbox talks, HSE Briefing, etc to enhance safety performance of site personnel and visitors.
• Fully conversant with the Permit to Work system of the company.
• Involved in classroom and field training
• Have prepared and executed various emergency procedures like Vapor cloud disaster, control room evacuation in case of toxic gas leakage.
• Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Reference Task Analysis (RTA) format and various safety procedures as per Shell Global Solution (SGS).

• Involved in the day-to-day shift operation and trouble shooting in the production of Hydroxyl Amine Sulfate and Caprolactam plant by M/s BASF Gmbh, GERMANY.
• Involved in the execution and follow up action after the completion of Incident - Accident Audits and Inspection analyses by external auditor.
• Was involved for safety studies (HAZOP) for new modification of plant to ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Worked in preparation of contingency plan in case of offsite and on site emergency. Member of Emergency Response and Contingency Plan.
• Involved in the Task Risk Assessment core committee for analyzing and identifying Risk.
• Perform various audits for operation department as a part of PSM - Compliance Audit element.
• Involved in the preparation of various accident incident reporting system (AIR)
