Recruitment
Complete involvement in full cycle of Recruitment (From sourcing, selection to induction).
Carry out pre-employment formalities for selected candidates.
Co-ordinate with Corporate HR department for the Visa process.
Follow-up with the selected candidates to complete the on-boarding process.
Preparation of personnel inventory and managing Human Resources at optimum level.
Performance Management
To implement Performance Appraisal Form for different categories as per the requirement of the organization.
To conduct Periodic evaluation of employee performance by means of Performance Appraisal System.
Employee Relation Activities - Counsel with employees on one to one basis to sort out the various problems/issues in a smooth and amicable manner.
Training & Development
Coordinate for various internal and external training programs for employees at different levels.
General Administration
Actively support in project personnel mobilization / de-mobilization.
To act as a focal point for employee issues
To provide human resource advice, guidance and solutions to Managers and Staff on site, based on established policies, Procedures and Work instructions.
Coordinate with Personnel and Accounts Departments for preparing the Salary, Leave and final settlements of employees.
Conduct exit interviews and compile the same for presentation to the management.
ADHOC HR and Admin. duties as and when required by the HR & Admin. Manager.
Fully in-charge of In-house Recruitment Activities (Receiving Enquiries, Posting Advts, receiving CVs, Screening / short-listing, Contacting Candidates, Conducting Interviews, Negotiations, Offer release, mobilisation, Induction), recruitment policies & procedures - right from sourcing the candidates till mobilizing them, preparing the weekly, monthly recruitment report, mobilization, demobilization report. Induction programme, employee grievance redressal etc. Employee welfare activities - Accommodation, Civil law introduction, medical insurance. Counsels - Performance / Career / Induction / Exit / retention etc. Assisting our HR Manager in Policy / Procedure implementations / creations, closely working with our PRO's to ensure smooth functioning of employee's movement / mobilization / demobilization activities. Trained and mentored new staff on company procedures, recruiting processes, software and database.
