Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects — defining the project, building its comprehensive work plan, and managing to the budget.
Reports to the Director of Strategic Management (DSM).
The incumbent is responsible for the coordination of operations for DSM.
Leads special projects initiated by VP, and works closely with other executive leadership team members across and at all levels.
Provides supervision and direction for the administrative support staff.
Supporting the daily management of the departments within DSM.

Direct management of Training team aligned to overall goal of POS quality & experience.
Submission of quarterly & yearly forecasts on POS execution and tracking of the execution.
Process readiness for major merchandizing and product introductions.
Manage vendors.
Engagement with local expansion teams to ensure the demand signal is the most accurate and measures of success.
Implementation of key measures around installation, quality, maintenance and refresh of merchandizing.
Engagement with Supply Chain teams to define the correct process (new processes, reviews, new ideas, and standard methodologies etc).
Weekly reporting on key POS and Program metrics, programs team.
Vendor engagement to meet work SLA and track the installation process
Transition of Old program to new program and execution of all initiatives like refits, maintenance, etc..
Channel merchandising and program management, with exposure to highly operational, effectiveness and dynamic technology goods or consumer channels.
Improvement of the internal communications.
Lead needed supporting sales operations.
Provide communication supports.
Research topics & identify resources for courses material.
Managing the Intranet for Sales & Sales Support. Support in preparing training materials.
Manage the delivering of innovative ideas.
Assess and determine the training needs of individual employees and teams and contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate training programs and materials.
Monitor, evaluate and review the effectiveness of training and development programs and activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of a training calendar to meet learning and development needs within a service delivery section.
