Responsible for complete project management for turnkey projects, from the Feed stage to handover to the operation team.
Responsible for smooth operations at site, optimized utilization of workforce at site, Hosting site meetings with client and consultant and stakeholders, Implementing quality management plan at site, preparing reports and supervision of site developments.
Responsible for negotiating contracts with subcontractors and mitigation of conflicts amicably.
Responsible for Execute verification, studies and detail design following best engineering practices and optimization in terms of costs, construction simplicity, operability and maintainability, codes and standards, HSSE, etc.
Responsible for inspection and quality assurance for the contractor & inhouse commenced work. Responsible for the QA/QC points list and guideline preparation and implementing that work at site to clear those punch points. Help establish new quality standards and value engineering solutions, conduct quality control reviews of completed designs and will be viewed as a technical expert with recognized authority in the area of water and wastewater systems.
Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans.
Provide technical expertise and technical strategy for the development of project proposals.
Make decisions on significant design and engineering problems and procedures, including serving in project manager and technical lead roles, and performing quality control reviews of design documents prepared by staff.
Responsible for carrying out the design and technical reviews for all areas of work such as field instruments, Control valves, DCS/PLC control systems, Fire & Gas systems, analyzers, Vibration monitoring systems, etc.
Responsible for design engineering and execution of E&I package: SLD, P&ID, Process Flow Diagram, Pneumatic valves, Air compressors, DCS and other equipment.
Responsible for testing and commissioning at site, Operation troubleshooting and maintenance work.
Responsible for upgrading the existing facility.
Responsible for client satisfaction and smooth project closing.
Providing input for Project planning and optimization of resources.

1. 45 MLD Desalination plant at Al Jazeera, Ras Al Khaimah UAE values 116 Mn AED for GU WATER.
2. 22 MIGD Al Hamra Water Company Desalination Plant, at Al Hamra Ras Al Khaimah UAE, budget values 211 Mn AED.
3. 100 MW Power plant upgradation work at Al Jazeera, Ras Al Khaimah UAE, Values 5.7 Mn AED.

I am working as Lead Engineer in Project department for Industry Automation Vertical. Responsible for timely completion of assigned project with in allocated budget. Responsible for providing Project engineering, testing, commissioning, team leading and trouble shooting.
I have worked on Process automation for O&G Process, Water treatment plants, Emergency shutdown system, Fire & Gas system, Infrastructure projects, Railways and Building management systems, HVAC systems.
Major client served:- ADCO, GASCO, DEWA, FEWA, ADSSC, MAJIS OMAN, ADNOC, MEW KUWAIT, SAUDI WATER AUTHORITY, KAHARAMA QATAR, ASHGHAL, Qatar Petroleum and Transco.

Works closely with Sales Staff, to ensure all the Opportunity & Quote related information (tender docs, e.g. RFP, Tech Specs, end user / contact person identification, shipments review for individual revisions of large volume and/or long term quotes) are available in a timely manner to minimize time needed from submittal to complete approval of a quote. Escalates non compliant quotes to Senior Management.

Responsible for preparation of Draft Contract. Contract review and finalization.
