-Ensure proper data entry of invoicing, payments, ledger entries, and depreciation entries (Visual Dolphin Program)
-Verify and approve daily receivables, payables, and process payments (cash, checks, bank transfer)
-Analyze costs, pricing and sales results.
-Monitor and assess possible cost-saving opportunities to reduce expenses.
-In charge of monthly cash flows, trial balance, profit & loss
-Review & consolidate monthly financial reports
-Control and pay the following (social security, income tax and VAT)

-Analyze the current and past financial data to determine future trends, projections for the company's financials
-Prepare and develop accounting procedures

-Preparing financial reports, interpreting the data for managerial teams, and suggesting further courses of action based on the results
-Creation and maintenance of the Chart of Accounts in conformity with the Lebanese Chart of Accounts and in coherence with the required tax declarations and requested managerial reports.

-Write accounting records accurately and timely on SAP software
-Bank reconciliation
