Assisting consultants in specification writing for Dulux paint systems for projects in design-stage
Holding/ organizing seminars for product/ system launches to create awareness for Dulux & Oasis with consultants/ clients/ contractors in line with the organizations objectives
Generate market information for competitor product promotions/ new product launches
Continuous focus on new customer/ market development
Interaction with Govt and Certifying bodies (Intertek, SGS, BVQI); Consultants for Specification writing and product approvals
Develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing clients/organizations, attend sales meetings, promotional events and provide effective sales support
Responsible for overall exports execution activities
Detailed analysis of sales & costing, forecasting and budgeting
Co-ordination with various departments internally for smooth functioning of sales activities
Conducting and attending ISO Internal Audits and Process Audits; develop, implement and evaluate processes and suggest possible improvements
Receive customer complains & assist to resolve them amicably
Managing warehouse of Finished Goods with more than 5000 SKUs.
Distribution of Goods; purchase of the Accessories and Ancillary Items.
Optimising freight and delivery cost through Route Mapping.
