Residential Facility and Association Management: Involved in company start up of Tricare Association Management, TriCare Property Management and Tricare Building Maintenance. Managed the profitability of aed 1, 200, 000/- in a financial year. Successfully conducted the facility management of 2.5 million square foot of Freehold properties comprising more than 700 super luxury condominiums.
Retail Management: Lead the leasing of 37618 sq ft and 37188 sq ft of retail shops at Marina Boulevard and Le Grande located at Dubai Marina. (Managed a mix of F &B, Beauty & Specialties). Achieved average of aed 250 psf price in depressed market of 2009/2010. Conducted comprehensive retail management from lease management to tenant management, vendor management to day to day operations of the mall. Prepared the maintenance budgets and conducted the maintenance.
Real Estate Development: Developed sale and customer services standard procedures, which helped in client retention and smooth collections of their due installments and final collection upon handover. Sold residential inventory of aed 1, 251, 553, 646/- from four projects in Dubai Marina (Waterfront in 2003, Marinascape in 2004, Bayside in 2005, Trident Grand Residence in 2006). Successfully sold the Worlds tallest all penthouse, the Pentominium development to high net worth individuals in 2008 with average sale price of $ 3M. Kick started the Sale of Salvatore Ferragamo Penthouses. Successfully concluded handover of 639 residential units (71 in 2006, 102 in 2008, 213 in 2009, and 253 in 2011) in record time. Represented Trident International Holdings, developer in various International exhibitions (USA, MIPIM at Cannes, Hongkong and Dublin).
