•Monitoring the product’s performance in terms of count and balances, delinquency levels, etc.
•Recommending changes in products based on developments in the market, customers needs & preferences.
Handling and preparing the following tasks:
•Daily Balance sheet for UAE & Gulf region-Consumer Banking Line.
•The “Consumer Products Portfolio” report with the growth and target achieved percentage.
•The Sales Achievement report related to direct sales teams and UAE branches.
•E - Channels reports (SMS, ATM, Phone banking, Internet banking) for UAE branches.
•The branch counters transactions reports.
•The Consumer Commission report.
•Extracting and preparing Assets and Liability Performance report (Measuring growth on Consumer deposits and Loans portfolio).
•Distributing actual and cumulative yearly and monthly targets among Consumer banking sections, and sending the alerts in alternative periods.
•Loans CPV report.
•The UAE provision daily report (cards, loans).
•The UAE delinquency Progress report.
•Direct involvement in building different budgeting scenarios.
•Direct involvement in preparing quarterly and yearly Performance Review Reports for Consumer Group.
•Handling and preparing External statistics requests - UAE Central Bank requests.
•Leading Tele-Sales section; managing products promotions and selling programs.
•Sending and directed leads to sales teams for all consumer banking products(PL, HL, AL, EL, CC)
•Monitoring and control over tele-sales achievement and commission to achieve the monthly sales target.
• Supervising credit cards retention projects
•Part of Credit Cards Retention Unit Team.
•Responsible for Credit Card Promotions; Easy Payment and Balance Transfer.
•Recruiting new retail customers.
