I was promoted to head of division for Rayat Specialized Solutions. It became my responsibility to:
• Manage technology partnerships with Microsoft, EMC, NetApp and Symantec.
• Manage business relations and partnerships with various partners including NetSoftPro, Global Vision and Link.Net.
• Manage RSS Team Leaders and supervise their coordination.
• Act as Service Development Manager for Rayat Technology Est. by managing their Service Catalogue and SLAs.
As a solutions consultant, I was to act as a product manager for the solutions under my responsibility. These solutions included:
- ERP Solutions.
- Service Management Solutions.
I was responsible for:
- Building Solutions portfolio including sales literature, technical resources and deployment methodologies.
- Building pipelines and supporting sales personnel.
- Building partnerships with solutions vendors.
I was responsible for Project, Team and Product Management of all IT Service Management Automation Tools.
My work included project management and team management for all projects with non-ERP business solutions
Implementation and support of:
- infraEnterprise (ITIL Compliant Service Desk Tool)
- K2.Net (.Net Workflow Tool)
- Microsoft SharePoint
Supervising other technical team members
Analyzing customer requirements and providing solutions through Microsoft Business Solutions products and Microsoft .Net technologies
Developing Customizations and Business Logic in Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics & Great Plains
