I was promoted to head of division for Rayat Specialized Solutions. It became my responsibility to:

- Building partnerships with solutions vendors.
I was responsible for Project, Team and Product Management of all IT Service Management Automation Tools.
My work included project management and team management for all projects with non-ERP business solutions
Implementation and support of:
- infraEnterprise (ITIL Compliant Service Desk Tool)
- K2.Net (.Net Workflow Tool)
- Microsoft SharePoint
Supervising other technical team members
Analyzing customer requirements and providing solutions through Microsoft Business Solutions products and Microsoft .Net technologies
Developing Customizations and Business Logic in Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics & Great Plains
