Duties:
Manage the Commercial and Financial operations of the business, oversee the Monthly P & L reporting with overall responsibility for the profit and performance of the company.
Manage the Estimation and Tendering process with overall responsibility for tender margin and submission to include negotiation and contract implementation of successful bids.
Overall responsibility for the Operational performance of the business, supporting and working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsible for all procurement and sub contracts required to complete projects within the defined budget and timeline.
Prepare a Business Development Strategy to create a project pipeline with a view to securing ongoing suitable project that meet the operational and financial ability of the company.
Handle the relation with different type of clients ( individuals, developers, contractors )
Achievements:
Restructuring the full Company Organization to introduce
Commercial Control, Project Planning, Technical Design and Contract Administration.
Increasing Turnover 2 fold within the first year( 6 millions aed ) and 3 fold for the 2nd year(15 millions aed) and for the time being dealing with projects by +20 millions aed
Building a huge network of individual, contractors and main property developers clients .
Building relation with european, african and asian suppliers for wooden products.
Duties:
Identify infrastructure goals and project delivery clearly.
Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives.
Identify needed members for project teams.
Record document concisely and clearly all project plan.
Identify prime risks and limitations within project plan.
Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance.
Oversee precise project results to identify if relevant quality standards area attained.
Collect and present performance information related to infrastructure projects.
Identify prospective conformance and rigid concerns associated with project initiatives.
Identify probable impact to associates, clients and shareholders.
Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals.
Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and team membership.
Collaborate effectively with infrastructure associates across entire business units along with management levels.
Identify prime cause of contention or disagreement plus recommend corrections as necessary.
Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner.
