Handling of the all petroleum products like (LPG, MS, HSD, SKO, ATF, LDO & METHANOL) And it’s loading and unloading facilities as well as their storage tanks & Spheres area.
• Degassing, Purging, Loading and Unloading of the LPG Rail Wagons.
• Operation of reciprocating compressor (Single stage double acting) which is use for LPG Unloading from sick wagon
• Taking sample of the LPG spheres

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Raw material handling and operation of plant with optimum condition.
• Emergency handling, start up-shut down power failure activities
• During shutdown job progress, critical job monitoring activity carried out.
• Working with safety and optimum condition of high temperature and high pressure reactors,
• Plant performance monitoring through material balance and energy balance on daily balance.
• Update PFD and P & ID after implementing any new suggested modification.
• Short out the plant related problem and suggested the permanent solution to avoid shutdown.
• Reduce the production cost and trouble shooting of plant

Multicomponent, tray and packed column.
Heat Exchanger: - Stab in reboiler, Thermo siphon type reboiler, Air

Reactors: - High temperature and high pressure which involve
Hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, alkylation reaction.
Vacuum pumps: - Liquid ring vacuum pump (HIBBON INC)
