o Responsible for day to day Administration work.
o Main point of contact between Client and the candidate.
o Facilitating the selection and recruitment process for staff as well as for skilled category recruitment.
o Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers etc.
o Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
o Review resume, schedule interviews and screen candidates for available positions.
o Organize and conduct interviews of selected candidates.
o Administers all job postings and advertisements for job vacancies.
o Booking flight tickets for Managing Director, staff and candidates as well.
o Maintaining office files, records such as tenancy contract, trade license copy and all staff details etc.
o Clerical jobs: Transfer staff salary through WPS, keeping records of leaves, medicals etc.
Handling all back office as well as front office work. Taking care of all new business for life insurance, Health insurance & Car insurance.
Performing all admin duties.
