I am working with Global Aviation Partners since October 2014 and working as Business Development Director - Freelance for Middle East and South Asia:
Develop strategic / business Plan for the client airlines
Fleet Planning and route economic analysis
Develop and maintain relationship with the air operators in the region
Presentation of the services being offered by GAP
Business Planning and formulation of strategies to enhance revenue
Response to the tenders and RFPs floated by airlines for the acquisition of services being provided by GAP
Develop and maintain relationship with aircraft and simulators manufacturers and training facilities
Participate in aviation related seminars and events like Air Show etc
Afghan Jet International has started its operations in April 2014, initially on Domestic routes; however, it has plans to gradually extend air services to destinations in Gulf, Middle East, South East Asia and KSA. I worked for AJI from May 2013 to July 2014 and my position was based in United Arab Emirates and I was responsible for following:
• Prepare expense and capital expenditure budget
• Strategic planning, revenue and cost projection & market research.
• Business Planning and formulation of strategies
• Competitive and comparative analysis of financial performance and prepare reports and presentations on results for the review of stakeholders
• Preparation, analysis and evaluation of business proposals

I have worked in NESCOM as Assistant Manager from January 2006 to July 2007. During my stay in NESCOM I led a team of five members. We prepared the Hiring Policy (Estate) for NDC. My team was responsible for the following:
Purchase and requisition of the building and plots, negotiation and preparation of lease agreement, analyze the purchasing and hiring options.
Preparation of presentations for management review
Coordinate with Government departments for the completion of lease and purchase process smoothly as per rules and regulations.
I have worked in IAC as Business Analyst in the Finance Department from May 2005 to December 2005. I was member of the team, which was responsible for following assignments:
