In the last five years (2022-2026), I have successfully transitioned from active naval service into strategic research, policy analysis, and thought leadership. I currently serves as a prominent strategic analyst and writer focusing on maritime affairs, with a special emphasis on the Indian Ocean Region (IOR), Indo-Pacific geopolitics, and Pakistan’s maritime interests.

Authoring a book 'Sea of Influence'— a comprehensive collection of insightful essays that provide deep analysis of evolving maritime security dynamics, great power competition, Blue Economy, CPEC, INSTC, and India’s military restructuring from Pakistan’s perspective.

Established himself as a leading voice on Pakistan’s maritime policy through consistent, well-researched writings that bridge naval strategy with geo-economics and environmental stewardship.

Demonstrated exceptional ability to simplify complex geopolitical and strategic matters for both specialist and general audiences while maintaining analytical depth and policy relevance

Faculty of Naval Sciences, lead faculty member of various courses, trained more than 800 cadets. Design curriculum and maintained standards of HCT.

Imparted training to various naval officers, Commanding Officer of Missile and Gun Boats. Staff Officer Operations to Commander Destroyer Squadron various operational and administrative duties. Acquistion crew of a ship from the USA and various inland and abroad professional courses.

Training consultants to the UAE Naval Forces School, imparting instructions to UAE Naval Officers upto Lt Col ranks. Designing courses, lead instructors for various courses, trained more than 1000 UAE and Gulf State Officers. Also conducted practical training on Ship Bridge Simulators and Action Speed Tactical Trainers for exercises.
