I am working in OSP Implementation project as FTTx Manger for Saudi Telecom Company through Dong Ah-Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd and working on FTTX/OSP network for Saudi Telecom Company leading a team of engineers for survey, design and as built for all civil, Fiber, FTTH, FTTM, Key Account users, MSAN and copper work orders for STC network Saudi Arabia.
Preparing PIP as per agreed commitment and customer's target date.
Update the progress report on daily basis and follow up from field teams.
Supervising the project resources to assure achieving targeted goals.
Identifying the resource and their requirement and planning there mobilization.
Assigning task to OSP (civil and fiber) team & ensuring their compliance as per SLA.
Discuss issues related to field teams and take necessary action to close them.
Field teams coordination to provide them technical support for field activity.
To discuss issues related to field teams survey report with design team and take necessary action to close them.
Finalize the survey report and ensure that it is as per standard and meets all requirements.
Planning & Conducting AT (Acceptance Test) for the site.
Currently, I am working in Network Link Resilience project as Team Leader for Saudi Telecom Company through Detecon Al-Saudia Co. Ltd and I am responsible for:
Planning, Designing, Mapping and Maintaining the Transmission Network Infrastructure.
Designing of Inside Plant Management (ISP) and Outside Plant Management (OSP) that matches Real-World conditions.
Planning and Designing of Ring & Link Diversity solution for LDN, Junction and Access Network.
Quality Assurance for Inside Plant Management (ISP) and Outside Plant Management (OSP).
Maintain and update Engineering records of the Network including Network Geo Maps, Single Line Diagram and OSP Civil Route.
Coordination with Project stakeholders and Project Management to clarify the SOW for the smooth operation of project.
Coordination and working with Field Engineering Teams, Fixed Network Implementation Team, Fixed and Transport Design Team, Network Management System (NMS) Team and Network Engineer Core Team to provide necessary information and data updates.
Preparation of all Engineering and Technical Reports.

Office correspondence & administrative work.
Desktop/Laptop Computer Network operation in office Window / Excel etc for Email correspondence preserving of technical data & record of FTTH & Copper O&M, installation & office record as well.
Technical
Understand the building blocks of an FTTH network.
Understand the physical network layout and topology of an FTTH network with hands on exposure to System such as OLTs, ONTs and Splitters etc.
Installation, Maintenance and Testing of Optical Fiber Distribution Frame & Optical Fiber Joint Enclosure.
Preparation and Installation of Splitters at Different exchanges and Outdoor Fiber Cabinets.
