• Primarily focused on Project Control and Project Management, having good hands on Earned value management, forecasting and Cost controlling by using, CPI, SPI, Estimate to complete (ETC), To complete performance index (TCPI).
• Prepare & float random reports like Trend Analysis, Variance Analysis, Forecasting Status Reports, Milestone accomplishment for project management and client review.
• Driven field work for area assigned during execution, for avoidance of slippage form baseline schedule.
• Continues tracking of actual progress against company KPI’s.
• Preparing & conducting presentations using Power point, Power view, Geo Map, Power Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart.
• Publishing primavera 6 reporting on web site for main head office & relevant stakeholders.
• Incorporate clashing activities with other stakeholders into integrated master schedule.
• Monitoring & Schedule actual progress against plan using EVM.
• Making back up plan using Fast track & Crashing technique.

- Work as a Lead planning engineer for all turnaround maintenance & EPC job in shutdown.
- Supervise team of 10 ~ 15 members for making plan, monitor & execute the job effectively & safely.
- Coordinate with client for work clarification & clashing activities.
- Progress monitoring & controlling by MS project & Primavera software.
