Promoted to simultaneously manage multiple projects while supervising all aspects of subcontractors’ responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Developed contracts to provide crews and management of long-term, preventive, and grounds maintenance projects
• Conducted site management including environmental reporting, summer and winter preparedness plans, building inspections, perimeter security inspections, rodent trap inspections, and fire suppression system reporting
• Worked closely with Project Managers and Delivery engineers regarding constructability, timing, costs, and quality; reviewed performance against operating plans and standards, providing reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approving changes in direction of plans
• Monitor, appraise and report to ADNOC on quality and safety construction performed by the EPC Contractor and their Subcontractors / Vendors
Verify site GA drawings and Isometrics drawings for piping fabrication and erection works.
• Keeping update on incoming material stock and verifying as per BOM in isometrics. Raise query report if any discrepancy noted on materials.
• Provide project management support in the maintenance/repair of plant & machinery materials.
• Provide engineering input to facilities in resolutions of issues involving detail engineering concerns.
• Develop, prepare and execute work plans for the construction activities
• Work closely with all engineering groups in the Network team including Design, Construction, Operations, and System Performance
• Attend construction meetings and working meetings for the development of works aspects for various project.
• Assist the Resident Construction Manager with the management of field changes with Change Order and engineering procedures.
• Provide direction and leadership to the Contractor works scope in respect of piping works, both above and below ground.

• Ensuring overall construction is executed in accordance within applicable specifications, drawings, codes and standards and to the requirements of the Contract
• Participating in regular on-site EPC Contractor progress meetings, at interface coordination meetings and attend other project meetings as required
• Ensuring work and quality related inspections are carried out in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans
• Understand and responsible for managing the site safety rules for the defined plant area and responsible for the EPC Contractor scope to be executed including all the interfaces and safety requirements
• Technically review construction documentation issued by EPC Contractor
• Ensure accurate progress reporting of physical scope completion and endorse as necessary daily progress report and time sheets
Prepare Bid Documents, Project Plans, Engineering Estimates of Project Budget, Project Special Provisions, Contract permits as per Standards
• Controlling of project scheduling, weekly meetings with contractors to discuss goals and completion dates.
• Perform Quality Assurance survey and daily inspection of work done in the field.
• Compiling of contractors work measurements for billing.
• Attend client meeting for critical jobs and involve in task force meetings for emergency shutdowns.
