Working as “Structural Engineer” from Sep-2011 onwards till date with Hyder Consulting Middle East/Holford Associates Architects, Dubai, UAE (with the design and build contractor Al Futtaim Carillion, structural design by GHD, architects Rafael Vinoly Architects, EC Harris cost consultants for the client MUBADALA ) for the structural/architectural erection/construction of the multi storey multi tower 3.5 trillion dirhams costing New York University Buildings at the Saadayat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. My duties include;- complete drawings study, Bench mark Inspection Request site visit/approval, technical submittals/material submittals approval, structural and architectural shop drawings approval, QA/QC works, daily progress recording &reports preparation and for the complete site execution & co-ordination works with Hyder RE/operations manager/PE/ Halfords Architects, GHD RE/site engineers/inspectors, RVA engineers/inspectors. For several 2-16story buildings RCC/Steel structural erection, and Precast -Gulf/Dubai precast panels fixing checking-facade works, Olympic size/standard swimming pool construction supervision, Gyp Board partition works etc...All the interior finishing works done by AFC/sub-contractors.
1.Civil Qa/QC works monitering.
2.Complete drawings study, Bench mark Inspection Request site visit/approval, technical submits/material submits approval, structural and architectural shop drawings approval.
3.project progress & Issues report preparation, submission to the RE/senior RE.
4.University buildings RCC/steel 2-15 floor buildings erection checking work.
5.Tameer towers, 40-80 stored residential & hotel tower erection works supervision.
6.DUCAB-factory modernization & new buildings erection work.
7.Artificial lake & musical dancing fountain infra structure works supervision for Burs Khalif's, world tallest building.
8.Underground 1.5km long car parking framed structure construction work supervision.
