high water pressure ruled out diaphragm walls, keeping the station box excavation viable.
Sealed persistent groundwater seepage at the secant pile junctions through staged shotcreting and cement
and PU grouting, holding the excavation dry in difficult ground.
Sequence bottom-up construction through the station box and ramp in a live, congested railway corridor,
aligning excavation, strutting and structural works.
Recovered two months on the first TBM launching shaft, cutting delivery from six months to four after a ten
month land-handover delay, with further compression planned against the detailed work programme.
Own BOQ preparation, DPR development and detailed work scheduling, with method statements, budgeting
and progress reporting across the package.
Hold execution to RDSO and Smart City standards through permit-to-work systems and daily QHSE control.
Coordinate consultant approvals and milestone sign-offs, keeping technical clearances aligned with the
construction sequence.

Accountable for a $26M scope delivering one underground station and one cut and cover ramp by top-down
method within a $240M metro project.
Built the station inside a live hospital campus, holding noise, vibration, dust and vehicle movement to agreed
limits along a continuously crowded commuter frontage.
Completed the diaphragm walls and roof slab and advanced the concourse slab after excavating to
concourse level, keeping the structural sequence on track.
Diverted site utilities ahead of excavation, clearing the box for uninterrupted construction.
Sequenced heavy plant movement for dump trucks, transit mixers, cranes and trailers through congested
public roads without disrupting hospital access.
Coordinated approvals across statutory bodies, spanning hospital management, city traffic, electricity, water,
sewerage and environmental authorities, to hold the programme.
Supervised a 300-strong workforce, sustaining safe, on-time delivery across the two-year build.

Delivered an underground station by bottom-up method, securing the box with secant piling and strut and
waler support on a tightly constrained site.
Cleared 17 high-voltage transformers, two 33 kV overhead lines, a 600 mm storm drain and a 1, 200 mm
sewer, along with a pump house and telecom routes, to release the site for piling.
Drove the land handover through liaison with Collector and District Magistrate offices, police and local bodies,
unlocking demolition of residential, university and commercial structures.
Built two structural decks for site access, keeping construction traffic moving between a university frontage
and a live arterial road.
Ran excavation and concreting on night shifts to hold output without disrupting daytime traffic and
neighbouring institutions.
Recorded 10 million safe man-hours while completing secant piling, 80% of excavation and 30% of the base

ITD-ITD Cementation JV combines ITD Cementation India with its Thai parent, Italian-Thai Development, a
leading Southeast Asian contractor, on Indias underground metro packages.

Completed architectural finishing on a $23M station within a $108M underground package, taking the
structure from late-stage works to CMRS handover readiness.
Delivered below live railway operations at Sealdah, the tunnel running beneath active lines in one of the citys
densest zones.
Coordinated continuously with Indian Railways on methodology changes, revised schedules and traffic re
routing to keep construction approved and safe.
Handed over the station CMRS-ready with 5 million safe man-hours and no major safety violation.

ITD-ITD Cementation JV | Delhi Metro Project (CC-32)
The same joint venture delivered package CC-32 of the Delhi Metro, the system that set the national benchmark
for underground urban rail.

Took two stations from land takeover to operational handover across six years, running bottom-up shoring
and excavation on the first and top-down architectural finishing on the second through to CMRS certification.
Built in the airport air-funnel zone beside the Delhi domestic arrival ramp, restricting tall plant to the 4 to 6
daily no-fly hours under direct air-control liaison.
Delivered against a restricted military boundary, clearing every vehicle and personnel entry with army
officials and holding the site under controlled access.
Led a peak workforce of 450 to 500 on a scope worth roughly $18M per station within a $90M project,
recording 7 million safe man-hours.
Managed airport, defence and municipal authorities directly, holding client relations and approvals through
to defect liability close-out.

| Garden Reach Ship Building Yard Modernisation Cementation India counts dry docks, jetties and berths among its core marine work, a heritage tracing back
