Gulf Guard Primarily engaged in the manufacture of float glass, mirror's, patterned glass for construction and automotive applications.India named as ModiGuard, Gujrat.
Salient features of my current job responsibilities are:
• Meeting daily production targets while continually reducing downtime. Training New Joinees on Guardian Way and Plant Target.Conducting weekly training on Process and Efficiency improvement and presentation to the team.Preparing the training plans on process cycle for new joinees and next generation leaders.
• Production Plan achievement and giving 100% compliance with zero complaint record from overseas and domestic customers. Responsible to coordinate with supply chain and technical function, sales, depot, external and internal customers for smooth operations i.e. quality and timely deliveries.
• Interaction with suppliers on various design and specification related issues on machines modification and procurement of Chemicals evaluating cost and quality efficient materials globally.
• Regularly meeting the productivity norms as per our organization, settlement rules and identifying ways to enhance them. Tracking the OEE data of machines and jointly discussing the ways to improve. HACCP, THA of various areas and preparation of visual SOP'S for Mfg., Packing etc. Routine process audits, TPM audit, Planned Inspection monitoring. Review of Dept. Related work instructions.
• Assure delivery of required production quantities and quality to sales and marketing department as planned.
• Observing production operations and employees performance review and responsibilities according to their job description in high standard.

• Training of operators and new joiners regarding GMP's process/technology, SAP R/3, MFG PRO and leading the team of Seventy Workmen including fitters, electricians in the Plant.
• Maintain AQL (Accepted Quality Level) and AOQL (Accepted Outgoing Quality Level) quality records as per Unilever quality standards.
• Process trouble shooting for various critical points, conducting HACCP, risk assessment, THA, Pre commissioning audit checks, FOOD AND DRUG AUTHORITY OF INDIA CERTIFIED AUTHORISED.
• Implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2000 standards, ISO 9002, ISO 14001, Six sigma and 5S.Production and standardization of new products developed by the Technical function, Hindustan Lever Research Center, Mumbai.
• Supporting production manager in achieving Production targets, Factory Targets i.e. Implementation Of TPM, 5S and settlement Rules.
