SCOPE OF THE DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

1.1.Systematically manage stores operation in compliance with company policies and in accordance with the standard stores management practices.

1.2. Ensure the stores operate at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by organizing directing and supervising stores employees to achieve operational goals.

1.3. Maintains receiving, storing and distribution of goods by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies & procedures including with compliance of ISO certification and quality standards.

2.SAFETY & SECURITY OF SKUS

2.1.Safeguard stores operation and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

2.2.Comply with strategy and actions which encourage & create a safe working environment for all level of employees.

3.ERP SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION

3.1.Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data in the computerize stock management system SAP (Standard Application Procedures)

3.2.Propose and establish the required internal and management controls into the SAP for safeguarding stock control system if any lapses arises or available in time to time.

4.INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

4.1.Perform the perpetual stock verification in monthly wise and plan to cover up all high value items on regular basis and result to be provided to the management on continuous basis.

4.2.Warehouse Manger will be responsible for the all stock values and quantities by maintaining high level of accuracy with informative.

4.3.Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts inspecting equipment issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

4.4.Achieve financial objectives of the stores function by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditure analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

4.5.Maintenance of separate stores location and recording system for the Temporary Import for Export Processing (TIEP)goods and reconcile with record available with Logistics Manager in concurrent basis and maintain the statuary documentation relating to the TIEP process.

4.6.Implement FIFO system for item issue and linking bar code management for all items



5.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

5.1.Oversee warehouse operational requirements by scheduling & assigning employees for respective activities and following up on work results.

5.2.Maintain warehouse cadre job results by coaching counseling & disciplining employees and planning, monitoring & appraising job results.

5.3.Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards & procedures while complying with legal requirements.

6.MANAGMENT INFORMATIONS

6.1.Generate & produce reports & statistic regularly and produce to the management for taking necessary decisions.


7.CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT

7.1.Liaise with and provide focal pint for clients to ensure that their interest are more effectively fulfill.

7.2.Collaborate and work effectively with all others affecting or affected by warehouse manager’s actions.

8.QUALITY MANAGEMENT

9.1.Properly maintaining defective items warranty replacement records for getting supplier warranty replacement as quickly as possible for those items with collaboration of Supplies department and respective Engineering and Quality departments.

9.2.Maintain warranty item details with NCR data base for corrective action and gain financial improvements to the organization.
