Conceptual Engineering and FEED Studies
ASHTART field (offshore Tunisia, 66 m of water) consists in 4 platforms (PFC) linked by bridges
and a satellite platform (PF3). ASHTART Revamping project consists in minor and major
improvements. Minors include: Condensate recovery improvement and simplification, Gas
dehydration column and gas lift export line debottlenecking, LP gas recovery system and PFC &
PF3 crude oil separation facilities improvement. Majors include: Installation of new gas lift
compressor, Increase of power generation capability, Redesign of fuel gas system by installing
a new membrane CO2 removal unit and a new fuel gas compressor and installation of 4 ESPs.
In the frame of “ASHTART Revamping Project” I was responsible for:
- Updating of ASHTART platforms operating manuals in French and English versions based on
major and minor improvements (Ongoing).
- Commenting all process documents delivered by third party engineering sub-contractor (Production Services Network - PSN).
With EPPM TUNISIA I am in charge of developing Conceptual, FEED and Detail Engineering studies in the Oil & Gas field.
With EPPM TUNISIA I have got the chance to work with International clients in different countries such as ALGERIA, KIGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, SUDAN, and LIBYA.
With EPPM TUNISIA I was involved in many projects:
- Conceptual Design for Gas Lift Study Project - GNPOC SUDAN
- FEED & Detail Engineering for "Used Lube Oil Re-Refining Plant" Project - STBE - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- FEED of Field Improvement Project Phase 5 (FIP5) - GNPOC SUDAN
- FEED & Detail Engineering for Maamoura and Baraka Project - ENI TUNISIA
With AEI I was in charge of developing Conceptual, FEED and Detail Engineering studies in the Oil & Gas field.
I was responsible for building process simulations using HYSYS, PIPESIM, FLARE NET...
I was also responsible for elaborating process debottlenecking studies, Equipments sizing, Gas and crude Oil processing units design, Equipment sepcifications, Safety case studies / Fire Fighting studies...
With AEI I was involved in many projects:
