Project Manager- Road Traffic Safety, 2013 to Present
 Promoted to project manager role to plan, schedule and execute all stages of project implementations.
 Excelled in guiding the work of Installation teams. Articulated project goals and scope
 Expert in Road Safety Audits (RSA).
 Resolved numerous project issues including staffing shortages, tactical matters and user needs.
 Confirming the design layout of crash barriers as per guidelines of project Standards.
 Execution of all Installation works as per the client requirements and also based on the schedule issued from the factory.
 Consultant for TQ raised by clients.
 Completing and submitting the project to the client & assisting the clients for Safety Audits.
 Preparing as built drawing & Survey Report for work carried out.
 Raising Invoice Claim.
 Acquiring new orders from the MINISTRY OF WORKS (Maintanance Dept.) for Supply as well as for New Installations and following up the status of the order until receiving the payment from the MINISTRY.
 Oversee Maintenance work on crash barriers at accident locations as instructed by the MINISTRY OF WORKS and submitting the invoice after the completion of the job.
