• Ensure that the Fixed Asset Inventory Systems are meticulously maintained and that all items of furniture, tools,
equipment, and machinery are thoroughly accounted for.
• Ensures that all items of furniture, tools, equipment, and machinery are meticulously labeled and coded.
• Conduct regular inspections of locations and update the corresponding records accordingly.
• Plan for the systematic disposal of unserviceable assets, including vehicles.
• Take possession of the Master Inventory and meticulously update the records.
