Quality control Engineer Lead.
• Develop and implement quality control systems and standards for both Powder and Chocolate factories.
• Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements, including root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and process validation activities.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements related to product quality and food safety.
Production Engineer.
• Supervise the flow of the production process inside the factory according to the scheme to reach the highest level of productivity and quality.
• Organize the work internally and externally and follows up the repairs of technical defects in machines and molds that occur in coordination with a maintenance team.
• Review production rates and required quantities during the shift in coordination with the department’s supervisor and workers.
• Review production reports daily to maintain the delivery of the required quantities on time for all items.
• Monitor the performance of the factory workers, evaluates their technical level, and supports them technically with the aim of creating high cadres and directing them to implement food safety and occupational safety and health instructions.
Quality Engineer.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials required for production.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet required specifications.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials required for production and accept or reject finished items.
• Segregate all products and materials which don’t meet specifications.
