P.M to ensure the required progress.
 Lead and coordinate the site team to ensure effective work performance and achievement
of the project KPI’s.
 Identify and address risks and issues, escalating to the Project Manager as necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Reviewing all the projects’ specifications.
• Reviewing the projects’ BOQ.
• Inspecting the executed works against the project specifications.
• Inspecting all the delivered materials to ensure that they completely match with approved material as well as the project specifications.
• Checking and making sure that the work is executed in accordance with the latest approved drawings.
• Reviewing contractors invoices for approval.
• Reviewing as-built drawings.
• Reviewing and updating time schedule for the project.
• Supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues.
• Monitoring site activities periodically to ensure that construction progressing within planned schedules, budget, and quality.
• Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality, and safety.
• Preparing daily QC Inspection Report and submit it to the Project Manager.

• Site managing and assuring the executing of work as specifications and drawings.

• Arrangement of materials, manpower, and instruments.
• Ordering concrete materials and reinforcements and ensures that all materials and tools are available on-site, and report to the Project Manager in case of any shortage or delay.
• Monitoring site activities periodically to ensure that construction progressing is according to planned schedules and budgets.
• Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality, and safety.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
• Raising RFIs as ITPs and conducting a final inspection with a consultant to proceed with concrete pouring.
• Making daily reports and reporting to the project manager.
• Making as-built drawings.
• Inspection of the Problems and finding engineering solutions with the consultant.
• Making and updating time schedules for the projects.
• Making monthly cost report.
• Issuing Companys invoices (Sheet Excel & at the website of the Ministry).
• Issuing Subcontractors contracts and invoices.
