1.Direct HR subordinates to perform job analysis exercise on business unit;

2.Trainer: delivering essential of management skills training to supervisors, and assistant managers;

3.Performance Management Development; provide awareness session for employees within each business unit, set objectives for department managers;

4.Recruitment, and selection process made for levels up to assistant department managers positions through;

5.Organization Effectiveness; providing business solution as business partners such as creating committees for best practices, and knowledge sharing;

6.Ensure the right Organization structure that deal with with the strategic direction of each business unit;

7. Update, and customize policies & procedures manual which is provided to HR in busiess unit;

8.Cultural role; providing reward, and recognition programs that ensures healthy work environment;

9.Grading, and salary structure; conducting job evaluation exercise, in order to ensure internal equity within business units;
