Role and Responsibilities
Provide & execute a Solutioning Architect role for several CRM applications & worked on more than 50 IR’s in Telstra
Worked as Business Analysis, design, development, estimation & Project management in CRM.
Involved in Requirements gathering, Process GAP analysis, Process Re-engineering for Telecom Project.
Involved in the Presales activities like RFP Response, effort estimates, resource plans, RICEF, Solution Plan, and Orals deck.
Managed large development teams (using waterfall & Agile model) supporting functional requirements, functional/technical design, build, test, training, business process design, and change management activities.
Responsible for Service Agreement process, provided Daily status, weekly portfolio report & manage Customer Service team with multiple technology with more than 35 + application, handle Tech Bridges, Abends & helped/resolved high priority incidents to meet SLAs & KPI.
Involved in implementation of Incident Management and Problem Management for the customers.
Involved with Mobilization Team for startup projects for multiple location.
Responsible for projects supported in initial Setup of connectivity for design, Installation and configuration of Check Point Firewall on a setup environment and established a VPN Site-to-Site / Backbone IPSEC tunnel.
