- I’m involved within AM Pillar team (Autonomous Maintenance) of IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma).
- Passing the QCMS Audit with remarkable results (October 2014).
- Passing ISO FSSC22000 + PAS96 (March 2015) and ISO 9001:2008 (November 2014) Audit.
- I’m responsible for checking and testing raw materials and inspection of finished products of the two
sites: - 1) BEA Site " Borg El Arab Alex" 2)INCOGUM Site (Om Zegheou road -Alagamy).
- I’m responsible for develop all test methods and write all new SOP’s.
- Sharing in setting up & implement Quality suite system for BEA as well.
- I’m responsible for updating all recipes with my leader according to global specifications for
exportation and according to local specifications "EGYPTIAN STANDARDS" for local uses.
- I'm involved within the team of Planned Inspection (include Risk Assessment) for both Alex sites.

-I was responsible for the start up of the factory which produce sulfonic acid and SLES(Sodium LaurylEther Sulphate"Texabon"), and I have been involved within a team which was responsible for the qualification of production line of which produce diaper in hygiene Factory(Produce Diaper and will be produce Shampoo, Liquid and Powder Detergents).
-In my job as a QC Chemist of sulfonic acid manufacturing I was :
●Test and inspect raw materials (Sulfur, Linear AlkylBenzene
"LAB", Fatty Alcohol, Fatty Ether Alcohol, etc.) and the sulfonic
acid and SLES as finished products.
●Writing Method Validation Protocols, Method Validation
Reports, Test Methods and SOP’s.
●Training new Chemists.
-I was involved In R&D Group Which is a group to develop new products and discover and create new knowledge about scientific and technological topics for the purpose of uncovering and enabling development of valuable new products .
-Receive and inspect raw materials, Interpret test results compare them to established specifications and control limits and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
-Perform chemistry inspections of finished products, the primary function of an R&D group is Finds test method for new raw materials and new products as finished products, Development of analytical methods foreventual QC release testing of active ingredients, Intermediates, and finished products. Methods to be
developed include assay methods, dissolution methods, related substance methods, etc.
