- Leading a sales team in KSA & GCC market to achieve the required sales objectives.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and
prospective customers.
- Assisting the team in the follow-ups to reach a certain deal, with full care of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the efforts of the sales team members for the optimum results.
- Facilitate, and trouble shoot the obstacles facing the process of selling.
- Attending physical meetings, and make emotional bonding with the customers all ways possible.
- Identifying potential customers in the market, everywhere, every level.
- Preparing sales plans and strategies for a certain period, and forecasting the expected revenues.
- Maintaining an excellent after sales service, and receiving clients’ complains (if any).
- Understanding customer's demands of interior lighting of the portable building construction.
- Recommending the best ways of lighting distribution according to the international lighting code.
- Designing a general layout for the portable housing/commercial camp using AutoCAD.
- Calculating the lighting parameters using DIALux and the latest lighting E-Catalogs.
- Inserting all the electrical and low current components needed using AutoCAD shop drawing.
- Supervising the process of assembly, installation, and loading in the factory workshops.
- Calculating and providing the materials needed in the process of manufacturing - Procurement.
- Checking and delivering the mass project camps to the site - Turnkey projects.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients while opening up fresh ones.
- Handling top and confidential tenders and agreements efficiently.
- Preparing proposals, agreements and periodic sales reports.
- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the sales event manager.
- Collecting and accounting information to increase sales productivity.
