Manage IT operation and strategy, control IT financial aspects and budget, lead applications and infrastructure upgrades; determine appropriate SLA levels and asses relevant technology advancement. • Enhance user productivity and system efficiency by reducing manual work, redundant tasks, optimizing POS sales process and overall daily tasks by 30%.
• Process automation such as Shop & Collect service, Fully Automated Digitized Online ordering solution (Inflyter), Mobile Shop, Electronic Cash Register (ECR) and Flights schedule integration with POS, enhance customer service & increase in sales.
• IT Infrastructure providing a secure and stable environment with minimized downtimes and maintenance cost.
• Set new SLA agreements with the IT supplier reducing cost by 33% with enhanced terms and support agreements.
• Lead customers’ full ERP implementation projects.
• Answering RFI, presales activities and product presentations.
• Prepare project estimates and proposed quotations (RFP) and POC.
