-In charge for Customs Clearing Documents such as MIRSAL II, Re Export, Submission and other required by Sales Department.
-Assist the Department Administrator in the daily task required in the administration Department.
-Responsible in preparation of the time attendance for payroll procedures.
-Execute all secretarial works as plan and directed by the Administration Manager.
-Maintain updated files, documents and reports to all departments.
-Responsible to safe keep all important records and treat with high level of confidentiality.
-Responsible to update the 201 records of all employees.
-Performs other duties assigned by the Administration Manager from time to time.
-Helps clerical job for forwarding and clearing department
-In charge for tuition fee collection, manual posting of tuition fee ledger, handled petty cash replenishment, prepare daily cash count. Administered online bank deposit.
Payroll & Timekeeping
- Responsible for reviewing/checking of daily-time duty schedule for a regular and agency base employee.
Admin Assistant - Store Support Center, Inc (company owned agency)
-Orient hired employees regarding the specific work assign, companies
policies, rules and regulations;
-update employee’s i.e., evaluation, contracts and terms of employment;
-prepares monthly and annual report for labor requirement;
-in charge for payroll processing including, DTR encoding, handing checks
for payroll, such as encashment and distribution for a weekly and monthly paid employee;
-preparation and posting of i.e., cash advances, other employee benefits and 13th month computation.
Other Services
-Process medical allowances and Hospitalization benefits;
-prepares transportation/travel allowances and accommodation as needed;
-performs other related duties and responsibilities deem necessary for accomplishment of a well-organized working environment.
