1. Build pool of candidates as a recruitment data base and make it searchable.
2. Screen and filter CVs.
3. Conduct phone interviews.
4. Review the daily reports for the employees about the daily achievements.
5. Make daily weekly meeting with the employees to discuss any problems and listen to their suggestions.
6. Coordinate and represent the company on job fairs.
7. Review the employees' attendance, lateness, absenteeism, and leaves.
8. Execute coaching and disciplining actions after investigate the problem.
9. Prepare salaries sheet and pay slips for the employees and solve any problem related to this issues.
10. Ensure that every employee complete his needed documents for his file and keep it up to date.
11. Coordinate with the instructors for the courses plan.
12. Review that all facilities with Ain Shams University Rep.
13. Ensure that all materials are available.
14. Receive the feedback from our trainees at the end of the course.
15. Respond to and solve any customers' complains.
1. Handle customer inquiries about our services and products.
2. Solve customers' complains.
3. Give a briefing about new services and promotions to my colleagues.
4. Assist and shadowing for new hires.
5. Support my team leader in issues related to my team members' performance.
6. Contact with other departments for any investigates related to me or our team members.
7. Participate in the role play as a final interview to take a decision for accepting or rejecting the new hires.
Handling Mid customers for all inquiries about our services and promotions and solved their problems by following proper trouble shooting for both voice & data lines and after that i got promoted to be assistant on floor for my team members to support & guide them to the best way to get customer's satisfiction .
I am studying HRM certificate in AUC start wth organization behavior and finished it with a grade A , And now studying Recruitement and selection , and assumed that i will finish all course by the end of this year ( 2014 )
