● Coordinates departmental meetings and responsible on writing minutes of meetings.
● Responsible on Employee information, documents and records, ensuring confidentiality.
● Maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change. Update greytip when necessary.
● Maintain and monitor a HR folder for annual leave, compassionate leave, and sickness.
● Supports Managing Director with a variety of business development activities including recruitment, sales and marketing and evaluation.
● Assists the Managing Director on formulating client feedback and producing statistics and reports for the management team and appropriate action.
● Takes over on accounts duties and responsibilities when the personnel is on leave. Responsible on preparing and issuing invoices to clients, follows up on payments, logs and manages day to day expenses of the centre.
● Responsible for the inventory and order of office supplies and materials for training.
● Coordinates deliveries of materials, ensuring that deliveries are delivered in the appropriate section. This task also includes maintaining the stock balance sheets order of the stock room.
● Advertises public courses on social medias.
● Submit and ensure the processing of all types of programme/course applications and paperwork to the awarding bodies, i.e. City & Guilds, ILM, National Safety Council, DCAS, Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance etc.
● Assist in company errands and the Managing Director when required.

● Responsible on accepting all calls into the centre and transfer/ refer where appropriate.
● Maintains logs of messages, arrival of visitors and deliveries received and takes action appropriately.
