Execute and monitor all the planned training courses for flight crew required by the Company.
Update training files for flight crew, cabin crew, dispatchers, and instructors; and update Geneva System for
expiries.
Prepare all documents as per Kuwait DGCA requirement and submit, follow up for the issuance and renewals of
flight crew, cabin crew, dispatcher, and instructors licenses/authorities.
Arrange travel and hotel for training conducted outside Kuwait; Prepare per-diems for duty travel.
Coordinate with the Service Providers and Approved Training facilities for Simulator Training for the Deck
crew and other outsourced trainings for the crew.
Flight Crew Leave Management and coordination
Preparing Daily Crew List for the Terminal and Airports based on Live Flights
Review of Manuals and Audit Checklists
Preparing Company related and Training related Presentations
