• Sourcing of applicants
- Joins job fairs: in charge of booth manning schedule; booth set up; preparation of flyers; reimbursements of cash advances- expenses
- Recommends possible vacancies suited to each applicant
- Validates pre- screening and preliminary interviews conducted by Recruitment Staff/ Specialist
- Recommends the qualified applicants for the Series of Interviews
- Coordinates with the line people for the schedule of Series of Interviews
• Hiring and Salary Offer
- Prepares the Payroll Instruction Sheet of all newly hired employees
- Tagging of newly hired employees in HRIS
- Analyzes all internal movements proposals and ensures that movements are within the approved plantilla
- Coordinates internal movements with ROHs, RHs, and Division Heads and informs Payroll Unit and OD of the same
- Prepares memos on transfers, OJT and temporary assignments
• Recruitment/ Vacancy Monitoring
- Coordinates with ROHs, RHs, and Division Heads regarding the internal candidates for the existing vacancies
- Prepares the Weekly Vacancy Report
- Meets with the Recruitment Team to discuss problems in sourcing and over all recruitment operations
• Updates TOs with regards to internal movements of all employees
• Release of PAR for proby employees
• Follow up of PAR of proby employees
• Preparation of regularization memos: names, dept./ BC & effective dates
• Preparation of list of resigned and newly hired employees
• Preparation of Contractuals Monitoring report
• Preparation and submission of Resigned Officer to Central Bank
• Reviews and helps the HRD Head in enhancing the recruitment processes
• Other special projects that may be assigned from time to time
• Receiving all staff loan applications, processing and releasing of proceeds
• Evaluates loan applications based on existing guidelines and policies
• Informs FBIA/ Malayan for officers and staff who will travel on official business
• Receives Grepalife Insurance applications and forwards to Grepalife for processing
• Receives SSS, Pag-ibig loan applications and forwards to respective government agencies
• Addresses concerns of employees in relation to staff benefits
• Supervises assigned project employees/ contractuals who helps in the processing of loans
• Ensures submissions of requirements are complied.
• Releases approved loan applications/ credit advices to respective departments. (i.e. Loans Operations, Special Asset, GSD, Accounting, etc.)
• Prepares instruction list/ summary of new loans for payroll deduction
• Prepares requests for SSS maternity/ sickness checks and payments for FBIA/ Malayan for accounting
• Prepares loans summary to be submitted to BSP
• Invites medical companies to conduct medical/ dental mission and information seminars on health
• Enrolls/ renews Personal and Accident Insurance for covered employees and DPU branches to FBIA/ Malayan
• Reviews actual availment of loans versus approved budget
In charge of giving the right benefits due to the employees.
Assists the Recruitment Officer in sourcing of qualified candidates for the vacant positions.
