• Organize and maintain files and electronic folders efficiently.
• Prepare quotation(s) to be sent to Clients.
• Ensure all Invoices, delivery note(s) are done in series and recorded properly.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly daily sales reports.

• Checking mail from time to time to ensure prompt response to the Clients.

• Type /edit correspondence and prepare replies to simple letters.
• Ensure sure that all correspondence will be circulated to the proper staff on time.
• Assist the Manager in the management of his schedules and make sure that the calendar is up-to-date

• Prepares and administers examinations, evaluates student progress, and maintains records of student classroom and clinical experience.
• Participates in planning curriculum, teaching schedule, and course outline.
• Cooperates with medical and nursing personnel in evaluating and improving teaching and nursing practices.
• May conduct classes for patients in health practices and procedures.
• Demonstrates and teaches patient care in classroom and clinical units to nursing students and instructs students in principles and application of physical, biological, and psychological subjects related to nursing: Lectures to students, conducts and supervises laboratory work, issues assignments, and directs seminars and panels.

• Giving immediate treatment as advised and report any abnormalities noted.
• Discharge Planning: Educating the parents about how to take care of their child once
discharged, these include diet restrictions, how and when to give the medicines and maintaining proper hygiene.
