HUMAN RESOURCE
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using database, social media & Job sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Qatar Living, Gulf Talent).
Arranging recruitment campaign Locally (Qatar) and Overseas
Traveling outside the country to assist client in overseas campaign (selecting candidates and documentation)
Conducting Interview and screening candidates
Contacting reference and performing background checks to applicants
Discussing job details such as benefits & conditions to applicants
Facilitate weekly meetings with company employees & Conduct New Employee Orientation
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
Coordinating with associate agencies from Overseas on recruitment (Nepal, India, Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh, African regions, Europe Etc.)
Assisting clients in processing papers for overseas hiring (Job orders/ Demand letters)
MARKETING
Arranging Client meetings and generating business
Tele calling and visiting clients for job order of manpower (Local and Overseas recruitment)
Traveling outside the country for Business- arranging meeting to potential clients, following up to existing clients and meeting business associates
OTHERS
Make Travel arrangements and Visa requirements needed by the CEO
Arrange important meetings for the CEO
Prepare/Modify Contract, billing and monitoring payments
Compiling reports and important documents of the company
-Organizing events based on client requirement. Schedule client meetings and prepare proposals, contracts, event orders. Planning with client regarding event needs and coordinating with banquet operations (kitchen, food & beverage, commissary and housekeeping department).
-Handling Inquiries and Organizing Sales Visits
-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
-Prepare billing and monitoring payments
-Tour clients around facilities, Product presentation
-Organize and Facilitate orientation to prospective clients / enrollees
-Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
-Deal with queries from the public and customers
-Provide general administrative and clerical support
-Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
-Performing other related duties assigned or requested
