Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy. Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays. Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through “Go the extra mile” to drive sales. Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATION
Attend performances and other events as required out of normal office hours.
Support the company’s archive function by archiving relevant marketing material. Undertake any reasonable duties at the request of the marketing manager. Assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed. Manage and maintain positive relationships with venue staff and media partners. Take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing. Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery. Reports on campaigns to ensure effective departmental communications. Provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for company. Assist with the development and implementation of company’s audience development objectives. Maintain liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing material. Ensure that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively throughout company departments and to the company board to include posters and leaflets.
EVENTS &
Contacting and coordinating with client directly with PR activities, presentations, reports etc. Submission of reports, plans, presentations to client to be drafted with account director. Drafting of campaign table/time table to clients. Media selection for PR releases. Contacting media for radio & TV guesting. do sales presentation for sponsorship acquisition for client’s event. Research new market opportunities. Map out potential customers & competitors. Contact and conduct initial follow- ups on proposals and sales report. Coordinate with our marketing, sales, and technical groups to facilitate marketing functions (i.e.brochures, collaterals, etc.). Setup and coordinate meetings.
Organized several seminars for students and worked as a part time events staff in various events and marketing companies.
