Responsible in delivering end to end HR services to the global members of the company in Eastern, Central
and Southern Europe. Also, handles queries and requests of members which includes coordination with People
Managers, IT Help Desk, Payroll, Regional Service Consultants, Regional Area Manager, and Third Parties
involved in any specified HR processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide assistance to employees regarding general human resources administrative matters. Answer
basic questions; provide standard policy/procedural information.
* Draft contracts, create employee records, manage employees’ Absences and Life Events, process
employee Benefits, terminate records.
* Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting regarding data entry and other monitoring activities.
* Involved in writing process documents.
* Conducts training to Joiners and other refreshers’ training.
* Communicate regularly to the local and onshore HR counterparts through calls, video calls and e-mails
to discuss every HR matters and processes.
Timekeeping
* Maintains 201 file (records) of employees
* Communicate regularly with the HR Officer and Payroll team
* Administer and assist with the HR Officer in performing daily HR tasks
