Tie-in synchronization for both Offshore and onshore pipelines
Operations synchronization with existing facilities

This position reports to the Company General Manager, and is responsible for:
Site Project management (manpower, budget, resources, progress, interfaces)
Coordination with client and local authorities
Technical conflict settlement

MEDGAZ PROJECT
Acting as Commissioning Manager; this position reports to the Project Director, and is responsible for:
Project Completion, Commissioning & start up as per project schedule
commissioning documentation update with “ICAPS software” (OPERCOM)
Management of Maintenance & Preservation activities Until final hand over to Client
Punch list clearance process monitoring
Procurement of temporary packages, spares, chemicals and special tools
Material management for commissioning & start up (consumables, special tools, chemicals)
Site Coordination (construction & completion) with subcontractor, vendors and consultants

Acting as Commissioning & Maintenance Manager; this position reports to the commissioning and start up directorate, and is responsible for:
- Project Completion, Commissioning & start up as per project schedule
- commissioning activities monitoring on Commissioning software “ICAPS” (OPERCOM)
- Maintenance & preservation activities management (LNG trains, utilities, jetty & off sites)
- Punch list clearance process monitoring
- Procurement & management of spares and special tools
- Site Coordination (construction & completion) with subcontractor, vendors and consultants
- Engineering & Procurement of temporary packages and emergency equipments
- job safety issues (TSTA, JSA)
Main project - Yemen LNG plant (2 LNG trains + utilities, jetty and off site) 2007
This position reports to Site Manager, and is responsible for providing all Engineering &
Operations management for multidisciplinary departments in the Construction yard. Specifically:
coordination between Subs and contractor during vessel construction
Quality plan management and coordination with client
Acceptance tests & Precommissioning activities monitoring
Engineering issues settlement
Technical assistance for hook up, commissioning and start up
Warranty follow up

This position reports to plant general Manager, and is responsible for providing all Engineering &
Operations management for multidisciplinary departments in the Petrochemical plant. Specifically:

Projects management inside company &contracted (HR & technical issues, planning, materials)
Global maintenance policy and its corporate planning (including spare parts management)
Logistics and support for all operations within plant
Coordination between maintenance, production & loading terminals
Global safety issues management (HAZOP...)
Technical staff management
ISO 9001 quality operational procedures update
