Job Responsibilities:
 As a member of hardware design team, I am responsible for the hardware design of cross belt sorter which is a product of Dematic.
 Communicate with project stakeholders assigned to every SOW ticket in different project phases including:
 The project initiation: checking project data validity compared with required scope and schedule. Then agree with customer on the due date and requirements in Kickoff meeting
 Execution of project deliverables as per agreed upon in the kickoff meeting,
 Monitoring and controlling project edits sent from task reporter as well as the updating of due date (in case scope or schedule change )
 Closing the project by sending the final work done according to the required level of quality and communicating with task reporter till final acceptance is achieved.
 Update the lessons learned from every project to be used by hardware team in future projects.

Projects:
Cross belt Sorters - Amazon North America September 2017 to December 2017

Work Description:
 Hardware design of control and electrical cabinets used to operate cross belt sorters in nine of Amazon centers in the USA

Job Responsibilities:
 Acquired knowledge about standard of Dematic control systems software, hardware and operation
 Applied knowledge of design, programming, commissioning & maintenance of Dematic control systems installed in the USA and Europe

Projects:

Home Automation Network in “Life Compound”

Life is a luxurious compound in New Cairo includes more than 350 flats, 26 villas, mall and administrative building. Smart Life zone contains 150 flats in 11 buildings with home automation system from Honeywell and all systems are configured, controlled by connecting them in a home automation network.

Work Description:
 Participated in project Initiation, planning, execution. Monitor and control phases.
 Supervised on the installation of Honeywell home automation systems in the compound units.
 Managed the daily execution works of home automation network in the site to meet the agreed project.

Homtecs is an agent of PEP Arab Company. PEP Arab is the first company in Egypt and the Middle East not only manufacture but also develops in PLC industry. PEP Arab has the know-how of PEP which is a German PLC was used in military applications and now used in industry.

 Participated in all industrial automation project phases (Initiation, planning, monitor and control, execution and closing process groups).
 Furnished and provided training of PLC software to customer staff during project closure.

Projects:

Control System for Controlling phosphate and Sulfuric Acid Rates

The project scope was to revamp existing control system of the acid flow valve, adding control system for PHOSPHATE rate of production, and adaptation of both control systems into one system with HMI providing multi-level security and robust operator interface and PID controllers.

Work Description:
 Programming SMART1 PLC using ISaGRAF and DELTA HMI using screen editor software.
 Executed of FAT and SAT, commissioning and startup work on site.
 Prepared FDS (Function Description Specifications) and logic diagram documents.

Control System for Controlling Water Pump Station -Phase2

The project scope was to control the sequence of operation of the water pumps (eight pumps) feeding the factory.

Control System for 400 Ton Ammonia Plant

The project scope is to upgrade the control system that displays and controls the temperature of 1200 Celsius ammonia furnace by another one based on SMART 2 PLC and In-Touch software.
