• Coordinating with Construction and Project Team, Consultant and Contractors for achieving successful Installation, Testing and Commissioning and Hand over of all Electrical and ELV System.
• Coordination and monitoring of facility Management team deployment, training and handing over of O&M responsibilities to the FM service provider/ Client organization.
• Supervision of all electrical/ELV works during all phases of construction till final hand over to client.
• Site Supervision of Installation, Testing and commissioning works at site, monitoring and surveillance of compliance to quality standard, specification. Issuing SDRs/NCRs for deficiencies/ noncompliance, identifying snags and management/ monitoring of snags closure.
• Reviewing Testing Commissioning Method statement for each electrical system and equipment’s.
• Witnessing Site acceptance testing (SAT) of Electrical, Fire alarm, Fire protection, BMS other ELV and electro mechanical system and reviewing functional test data evidence compliance with performance specifications and other standards.

• Witnessing Testing commissioning on site.
• Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
• Identifying problems and shortcomings with existing systems.
• Producing or assisting in the production of all test and commissioning documentation.
• Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
• Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.
• Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project programme requirements.

•Conduct testing on site e.g. Insulation Test, Continuity Test, Loop Test, Contact Resistance Test, Torque Test, and Final Energization.
•Carry Out Load bank Test on Inverter panels.
•Coordinating and supervising testing & commissioning teams for the completion of works. Liaised with clients, vendors and 3rd party inspectors.
•Ensured that all commissioning related works were in accordance with project specifications and making sure they were maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity.
•Make sure that all necessary permits to works (PTW) were in place prior to commencing of any commissioning activities.
•Authorized LOTO representative. Ensured all HSE reviews were undertaken and identified actions completed.
•Supervised the commissioning of project systems, assisted with compilation, sign-off and handover of System Completion Acceptance Test packs to client.
•To Support the QA/QC Inspector on-site by resolving issues those are outside their scope. (e.g. solving technical concern related to Electrical)
•Construct and developed Training Manual MEP
•Inspecting and reviewing all related documents of Electrical Materials to be used on site before raising IOM.
•Tracking and resolving Quality Action Notice Issues.
•Training program for Inverter Panel and LTS Panel for the End User
•Report directly to the commissioning manager on project issues as required

 The QMA and ISO program should guarantee understanding of quality systems, standards, and procedures are up to date and accurate.
• Ensures all QMA Standard requirements are meet and operating smoothly.
• Ensures that the quality system is well implemented regarding the standard.
• Makes sure that all employees understand the quality system and how it functions.
• Reviews the contract data item descriptions and requirements and establishes the necessary controls to assure compliance
• Collect information, evaluate evidence, make observation, and draw conclusions.
• Assures that every staff member has understood why verification is important and how verification tasks and activities must be performed.
• Assures that every staff member has understood how they fit into the quality system and what their responsibilities are.
• Makes sure all management and staff members and staff members understand how their jobs affect quality.
• Make guide, structure and update specific quality information systems by doing internal audits
• Makes sure that the quality results are documented and discussed with the people who are affected.
• Ensuring the quality system is well designed and implemented.
• Providing the required training to the line when initiating changes.
• Demanding strict adherence to the quality policy.

• Ensure Process Quality Requirements are met.
• Monitor overall machine and process flow condition in PCB Drilling Section & Drill Bit Re-sharpening section.
• Collect information, evaluate evidence, make observation, and draw conclusions.
• Make sure that the quality results are documented and discussed with the people who are affected.
• Monitor overall machine & process flow condition in all PCB process.
• Conduct evaluations on new products, new materials, new machines, and process flow improvements.
• Conduct Defect Analysis (Root Cause Analysis) and provide corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with the supplier with regards to material specifications.
• Overall Technical Support to PCB Shearing, drilling and Drilling Bit Re - sharpening Section.
