 Supervise, evaluate and plan the administration department workflow.

 Assist top management with communications, letters, telephone calls, and presentations.

 Manage paying company's bills and refilling stationery.
 Manage the inflow & outflow of company’s documents, through couriers & representatives.
 Maintain computer files, directories, databases and websites.
 Ensure the implementation of health and safety requirements.
 Responsible for managing on going requests of business cards for the employees.
 Activating access cards, managing logs of access cards, provide reports when needed to HR.
 Update the extension list for all active employees.
 Negotiate new contracts.
