* Encourage the highest performance of the Group's sales force through consistent training, coaching and appraisal systems as well as adopting incentive programs that would encourage highest performance standards.
• Assists in the preparation of annual marketing plans.

• Provides statistical reports of key research data and recommendations to management.
• Assures that all important market intelligence is gathered and analyzed including a thorough understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive strengths and weaknesses and market opportunities.
