• Lead the Shift to manufacture the planned volumes and driving day-to-day Cell (Processing Area) operational performance, including KPIs for Safety and Quality.
• Implementation of the weekly production plan.
• Overcoming production related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions and other avoidable delays where possible and plan to reduce their impact on the operation.
• Prepare all production reports and follow the production KPIs with clear action plans.

Take charge of related quality control responsibilities by following up the product audit activities and product sorting actions including inspecting products for shape, geometry and casting defects as requested by the customer, final inspection and packing activities.
Monitoring fettling process and reviewing chemical and mechanical tests reports.
Develop statistics by calculating the percentage of defected products record
inspection data (i.e. cast codes, type, model, percent of defects, and amount of required rework in order to make the proper analysis.
Participating in new projects managements by determining project specifications studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards completing technical studies and preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior manager
Participating in lean manufacturing projects for re-engineering current manufacturing processes and Facility Layout Improvements following lean methodology
Develop and implement a quality assurance program/plan for the project based on
ISO 9001& ISO 16949.
